Summer days

No scrapping happening here lately but I wanted to share a few pics from our day out cherry and berry picking this week. It was so much fun, I can't believe we haven't done it before especially as it was so close to home, and YUM, they are delish! We were a bit late in the season for many berries but there were heaps of cherries. If you are looking for a great family day out then definitely check this out.

Ahhhhh.......I love the school holidays.

No more rushed mornings, no more gym, circus, swimming, piano lessons.....just hanging out at home or catching up with friends :) The kids stayed in their PJs all day the other day and did crafty things and played make believe and I got a sleep in. We do have some things planned and I still have a couple more days of work but we are all more rested and happy already.

Oops, I missed a couple of days taking pics for my DD (guess I was too relaxed) But here are a couple of pages I have been working on.

Hopefully I'll get a chance to do more soon.

Some exciting news...

I am so excited that I have been invited by Bec to join the new design team over at Scrap Jacked!!! I will be in some fine company and I am sure you find heaps of inspiration.

New challenges start on the 5th of each month and we would love you to come and check it out and play along. All you need to do to be in the running for some great prizes is use one (or more) of the DT's layouts or cards as your inspiration, whether it be the colours, the style or the details and add a link to your own blog in the comments.

It's beginning to look a lot like christmas.......

I love Christmas!!! We got our tree on the weekend and it is lovely. I like to let the kids do the decorating and apart from a little help with the lights they did it all themselves and it looks gorgeous. I want to take a better pic though so I haven't added one here today.
I managed to get some Christmas shopping in yesterday and today I am off to a friends to scrap and work on my December daily album. Amazingly I have remembered to take pics every day so far!

Well, the very beginnings of one anyway.....
I had a productive night with girlfriends last night, getting this started and making a few cards, not to mention the great company and the laughs. Thanks Girls.
