Did you all have a lovely Christmas? We did, and then a beautiful week away where the kids swam, skied and knee boarded the days away. I was so proud of my DD getting back behind the boat after getting a bit of a scare skiing last summer, and once she got out there we couldn't get her out of the water. I finally read Mao's last Dancer (great book by the way) and relaxed, well as much as any Mum on a family holiday can relax anyway.
I have been itching to get some scrapping done so today got together with my lovely friend and managed to get a couple more pages done for my December daily album. Loving how this is coming together.
My new years resolution is to make sure that I appear in more family photos instead of always being behind the camera so that my kids don't think I was a figment of their imagination as they grew up lol.
These are a few simple cards I made before Christmas with some scraps I came across while trying to clean up my messy desk and from a RAK I received AGES ago (thanks Belinda).
PS I'm still working on tidying the desk!
And lastly a pic of my gorgeous niece just because she is so darned cute!
Have you been over to
Scrap Jacked this month? The January LO's are up waiting to inspire you and there are lots of prizes up for grabs so come on over and play. We have had a fantastic response so far with some wonderful entries from lots of talented artists. Keep 'em coming! This is my DT layout.
